The Chairman of Abia Warriors FC John Sam Obuh has urged the club’s U17 football team to play according to the dictates of the tournament.
The chairman made this known during the team’s departure to Enugu for the NPFL Youth League zonal qualifiers.
In his words, “I want you to go and professionally represent the club, listen to your coaches, and adhere to the rules and regulations of the game”
The former U17 & U20 head coach further instructed the team to be disciplined. “this competition allows you to grow, you must be very disciplined and show it throughout the tournament.
Obuh however, assured the team of his unwavering support, noting that their welfare and logistics have been taken care of.
The team will play Heartland, Enyimba, and Rangers International in a three-day tourney, with the eventual winner representing the South East zone at the National level
