Abia Warriors Football Club of Umuahia will kickstart its 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League Season campaign on Sunday 8th September 2024 at Umuahia Township Stadium.
The Warriors alias Umu-Chineke will trade tackles with Remo Stars of Ikenne in the Matchday 1 of the ongoing football league season.
The last time both sides met in the league it ended in a barren draw, albeit, the game was played at the Enyimba, Stadium, and this time, Abia Warriors fortress, Umuahia Township Stadium will play host.
